Having served in the Armed Forces for 21 years in the Defence forces including in the Navy’s remotest of places at Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Orissa and Karnataka, got an insight into the requirement for innovations and improvement. Apart from that, due to rapid modernisation, there is a rapid amalgamation of E-waste which may contain large amount of confidential data which requires safe disposal. We are endeavouring to introduce substitute for high value specialised petro-chemical products either sourced from multi-nationals /imported or there is a need for innovation, through successful research and production in India and also indulge in recycle/ reprocess/ dispose E-waste safely both for environment and data security. This will not only promote self reliance but shall also lower costs and generate employment, both for highly trained and skilled manpower who are released from the Defence Forces at very early age and local youth (who will benefit from the work ethics and skills of ex-serviceman).
