(Introduction) My Idea is (vsjob.in) which is a unique software. Today unemployment is a serious problem, And my idea is to generate employment and wealthiness, And this I can do with the help of online software and with a ground team. (How it works) we have a large scale of a medium-small enterprise, small scale industry, local shops they always require a dedicated employee but they can't get them because of this reason:- (a) lack of knowledge:- small shop, enterpriser, industries have not managed to get perfect employees. (b) A second reason, There many cons and fake recruitment agencies who has not to employ category knowledge and they charge high for their poor service, like 1500 to 5000 to register and avail employees, same above-said amount will have paid by employees to get a job, even some recruitment agency charge a full month salary from a helpless employees. Here my Idea/company (vsjob.in) will work free for medium-small enterprise small scale industry local shops, My company (vsjob.in) will provide free employee service to above said MSME, to get better and perfect employee within the required and decided time, and it's totally free service for MSME and small scale industry, and the total work will be done by vsjob.in software and ground time. We just charge government-friendly prices From employees, who needed a job. Conclusion: it will great idea cure from unemployment and cons agencies who made the full and complicated environment.
