Our innovation is: A technology developed in-house to convert `End of Life Plastics and other polymers’ in to Industrial heating fuels with equal or better properties and lower pollutants. Most of the technologies in this field of activities are very expansive and either “continuous type” or “batch type” designs with inherent operational and feasible limitations. Whereas, our unique technology is low cost solution to handle various types of Plastic Scrap which is a fusion of Continuous and Batch type operations while minimising / mitigating many challenges of conventional technologies This technology was validated and approved by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., and we have bagged a prestigious contact from them to set up a similar plant with a capacity to convert 5 tons of plastic in to fuel per day at Ajmer under swatch bharat mission. We could replace conventional diesel with our unique fuel PPF (Petro Polymer Fuel) in many Industries like food, hotels, metals and Hospitals etc., Apart from PPF, we have also developed a process to convert an Herbal Extract Industrial waste by the name “spent turmeric oil” (a viscous oily sludge comes out the press filter which recovering the Curcumin crystals from turmeric oleoresin) in to a Bio Fuel Oil which can replace highly polluting Heavy Furnace Oil. We are supplying this fuel to many Industries like metals, pharma and glass. The very mission of 2 Degrees Clicon Pvt. Ltd., is to contribute toward global climate control and limit global temperature raise to less than 2 degrees C by the end of this century.
