XFitKids is a brand of 360 Degree Fitness Solutions Pvt Ltd. We offer various workout programs for kids and teens and also have a unique framework for time-to-time assessment of growth and a result-oriented reward system. Our vision is to make quality fitness training available to all kids in the country (and beyond). The last decade has seen increased cases of diseases such as diabetes, cardio-respiratory disorders, low immunity, and even clinical depression etc. in kids. The main cause is academic pressure and lack of structured training programs in schools. Whereas there are avenues for specific sports such as cricket, football, tennis etc. which is optional for kids, there is little or no focus on general fitness which is essential for everyone. Everyone irrespective of their preferences needs to have stronger bones and muscles, learn good movement and maintain correct posture in day-to-day life. Our team is dedicated towards bringing awareness to the cause and also deliver solution. The founder and head coach are certified CrossFit Kids Coaches and the team has already trained over 1000 kids PAN India in the online/offline mode in the last 2 years. We are already working with 2 schools in Gurgaon, where we also use our library of videos for delivering the curriculum. Our regime focuses on building overall fitness comprising strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination etc by making them learn and practice variety of functional movements such as push, pull, lift, throw, jump and combinations thereof. We are currently operating in Delhi/NCR and are looking forward to expand to other metro cities subsequently to Tier-II and eventually to rural India. We are looking to explore Artificial Intelligence and motion-recognition based modules for a wider reach. We feel that Startup India is the platform where we can get recognition for our efforts and also mentorship to achieve our goal.
