The company provides an a platform for local cable tv operators to leverage their reach into homes for onboarding and servicing broadband customers. This platform is an industry first where local operators can become Broadband Service providers at absolutely no monetary investment. The company is proud to use the existing backbone of Customer network developed by MCN with over 20 years of operation in the Marathwada sector of Maharashtra. With the backend support and upstream bandwidth provided by 7 Star Digital, this venture has already made a strong foothold in districts such as Aurangabad, Jalna, Osmanabad and Parbhani. The success of this venture so far is attributed to the idea of providing important value added services such as triple play and OTT app bundles to customers, putting it on par with Nationalized telco providers such as Airtel and Jio. The philosophy is to compete with these telco's in rural and urban areas of Marathwada where the local operators or service providers have not been able to match up the services due to lack of financing. The platform provided by 7 Star MCN ensures that the local operators are able to grow and flourish int he service sector as cable tv revenue continues to drop nationwide. This venture has been able to provide FTTH broadband access to areas where government institutions such as RailTel or BSNL were not able to compete with Airtel/Jio while ensuring that the money earnt from a township is rotated within the township in form of employee and franchisee payouts. The company has completed 2 quarters of operations in Marathwada by having a base at Aurangabad. It has seen considerable growth and customer satisfaction is very promising. The company is currently funded by 7 Star and MCN and is looking to scale exponentially in terms of both revenue and funding.
