Udyog Private Limited, we have single-die, multi-die and turks head capabilities. Because of this variability, we are able to produce cold-drawn steel that precisely meets your requirements. In addition, our method generates very little waste, and the price is significantly lower than it would be if you were to machine the essential parts on your own. Several Advantages Associated with Cold-drawn Steel Wire When compared to alternative processes, such as hot rolling, cold drawing offers various advantages, including the following: This method is superior to others in terms of its ability to maintain tighter size and roundness tolerances during the task. Steel items that were hot-formed would warp throughout the cooling process, but steel that was cold-finished will keep its precise shape. We are able to manufacture acute corner radii as small as 0.127 millimetres, which is equivalent to 0.005 inches, in addition to complex symmetrical and asymmetrical shapes.
