About Insight Life Coaching Services Insight Counselling Services (ICS) intends to develop and provide culturally appropriate counselling services to those individuals, couples, and families who have no support networks upon which they can rely at times of distress. ICS provides a skilled, professional and Therapeutic counselling service for those experiencing discomfort and difficulty in managing their interpersonal relationships and challenges presented by life in general. We are currently impanelling qualified counsellors to join our team and also inviting potential service users to express their interest for one-to-one or our Psycho-educational Group Therapy programmes. The Context & the Need There is a growing demand for counsellors in India in schools, rehabilitation centres, clinics/hospitals, special education centres, centres for people with challenges, geriatric centres, remedial study centres, vocational/Career guidance programmes, welfare organizations, nursing profession, hotels/hospitality industry (tourism & travel), adoption agencies, remand homes, marriage/family help centres, helpline services – Suicide prevention/child helpline, etc., centres for widows/abused women/divorcees, HIV/AIDS patients counselling centres, NGOs/International agencies, support groups for alcoholics/drugs and other substance users, jails/correction centres, tribal welfare organizations, community-based mental health programmes, police training centres, ethnic and human relations programmes, and legislative/environmental agencies, Child Guidance Clinics etc. Our Proposal Insight Life Coaching Services plans to establish a Corporate Unit (Sheet 2) in New Delhi to oversee business development, managing progress and growth of the business in addition to managing and monitoring the quality of service delivery in Counselling Centres in 17 cities of India. The annual operational cost for Corporate Unit will be ₹5600000.00, whereas Operational cost for the individual counselling centres (Operational Unit) will be ₹2200000.00, which includes a capital cost of ₹400000.00 in the first year and ₹1800000.00 annual running cost thereafter. The plan includes establishing 5 counselling centres every year during first three years of the plan and final 2-5 centres in the 4th year of project plan. Please refer to sheet 4 for operational unit establishment plan, cost and revenue projection over 5 years with an average unit capacity of 200 Hours per week counselling hours @ ₹750 per hour (100%) To minimise the cost and HR liabilities, we will be recruiting already available counsellors on our panel, who will be paid for every hourly counselling sessions they undertake. Our aim will be to empanel 15-20 counsellor for each counselling centre and to progressively increase and gain a maximum capacity of service for 500 hours per week. It is acknowledged that for a host reasons, when the Counselling Centre are being established, they may not function to their full capacity, therefore, projections of cost and revenue on sheet 4 show a incremental plan of increasing capacity from 100 hours per week to 500 hours at the end of 5th year in each counselling centre. We intend to offer a 7 days a week service from Monday to Sunday commencing from 8.00 am in the morning to 8.00 pm in the evening. And allowing our empanelled counsellors to work flexibly and a choice of workning as many hours from 5 to 50 hours a week and exploit a potential of earning from ₹9700 to ₹97000 per month. It is anticipated that though the business might take 5 years to reach its full potential, however, the third year onwards, company will start to see commencement of positive growth and by the end of fifth year the company will be fully self-sufficient and continue to operate and develop by its own resources. With regards to EBITDA, the growth graph would start at -82.17% at the end of first year, rising to -12.2% in the second year. Third year will see a 27.8% growth and will register an EBITDA at 15.6%, rising to 41.15% in the fourth year and closing at 53.26% at the end of 5th year, recording an average EBITDA over 5 year period at 42.8%. We are, therefore, looking for an investment of 15 CRs over five year period in return for a 10% stake in the company.
