The company was incorporated with the main Objective: 1) To generate, harness, develop, accumulate, distribute and supply electricity with the use of renewable energy sources mainly focusing on solar energy. 2) To act as dealers in all kinds of Green Energy and Sustainable Bio-fuels and to produce Renewable Fuels such as Recyclable Bio-CNG and recyclable piped or bottled Natural Gas, hydrogen and Renewable Diesel, Bio-Diesel, Landfill Gas and Biogas and any other hydrocarbons, natural and other gases and other raw materials and any other materials, chemicanols, and products derived from or connected with any of them and to erect, procure and commission projects as it may deem fit for its business objectives. 3) In future, the company may also look forward of putting its hands in other sources of energy generation such as wind, steam fossil fuels, hydel, tidal energy, geothermal, hydrogen and other fuel for the purpose of light, heat motive power and for which electric energy can be employed and to transmit, distribute and supply such power, either for captive use or to sell, supply, transmit to the state/ central electric boards, power trading corporations or to any other body corporates, industries etc. and to other consumers of electricity and to enter into contracts or arrangements with the state or central government, corporations, companies, associations, etc. in order to achieve its objectives. Currently our company is focused on generating electricity by installing solar panels and selling it to various corporates and government bodies. The company is also interested in entering into Hydrogen fuel which is the future. Hydrogen is a clean fuel that, when consumed in a fuel cell, produces only water. Hydrogen can be produced from a variety of domestic resources, such as natural gas, nuclear power, biomass, and renewable power like solar and wind. These qualities make it an attractive fuel option for transportation and electricity generation applications. It can be used in cars, in houses, for portable power, and in many more applications. Hydrogen is an energy carrier that can be used to store, move, and deliver energy produced from other sources.
