Strengthening ROOTS is Present Day INNOVATION. Lack of access to energy services negatively affects nearly one-third of the Indian population. Until poor people remain in darkness and ill health, there can be no escape from the vicious cycle of poverty. But there are ways in which this cycle can be broken and in this case, it is RENEWABLE ENERGY. We are working at the base of pyramid i.e. at the farmer level, educating them for Solar water pumps, Small Solar Power Packs for their small business and ensuring sustainable power supply of rural institutions like schools, hostels, health centers etc. through use of renewable energy. We are also working with self-help groups and NGO’s to provide innovative products like Solar energy based 24/7 drying technology for Fruits, Vegetables and Seafood thereby adding an extra income, creating employment and nurturing entrepreneurship in rural areas thereby adding our part towards smart villages and rural development To make our efforts sustainable and value-added, we are training labors, technicians and Engineers into professionals in On-site projects and providing them livelihood thereby contributing towards Skill India. We are also engaging and training village level mason, plumber and technician to Solar and other renewable energy product while executing the project. Doing this is increase the chance of local employment on village level. DEVELOPMENT of individuals & institutions at village level, turning individual into professional and finding sustainable ways to harness climate and environment is the prime goal of Aadikara Energies.
