Led by social entrepreneurs with over a decade of deep rural development expertise, the startup bridges the systemic gap between raw grassroots crafting talent and premium commercial markets. Through its proprietary SRIJAN Model, Aadwan establishes well-equipped "Community Production Hubs" right inside rural villages. This provides artisans with professional, safe manufacturing spaces within walking distance of their homes. Operating on a unique "Hub & Hero" framework, the startup trains and transitions local village women into Community Catalyst Leaders who completely manage on-ground operations, field teams, and first-stage quality control checks. Every artisan undergoes a mandatory 14+ hour training program covering advanced craft engineering, digital literacy, formal micro-banking, and leadership.
