Led by social entrepreneurs with over a decade of deep rural development expertise, the startup bridges the systemic gap between raw grassroots crafting talent and premium commercial markets. Through its proprietary SRIJAN Model, Aadwan establishes well-equipped "Community Production Hubs" right inside rural villages.
