Every 2 seconds someone searches on google about depression , Mental wellness is very necessary in our society but the social stigma of never seeking guidance is too rigid. Among our youth sharing problems to seek guidance from family or friends is sometimes very uncomfortable which leads them to take some steps which are very harmful and so elderly people have their own problems which needs professional care sometimes but is never met again because of the social stigma i.e too rigid. Through MindSay, we are aiming to relaunch spirituality in society by Integrating individual's thought to share, solve and enhance individual satisfaction. This is more of a strategy to spread awareness of mental wellness . Mental health is like physical health industry & once it is acceptable, there is room for every psychiatrist to psychologist who can guide people with anxiety , depression and even suicides in worst cases.
