Acurerdo India Private limited has been formed with the objective of resolution of stressed assets in India by creating ecosystem for investments in NPA assets through combination of digital and traditional means& providing end to end solutions for resolution of NPA & investment in stressed assets including but not limited to match making of stressed assets with investors, arranging approval from bank for OTS, arranging finance for stressed assets for borrower & investor, withdrawal of litigation by all parties, due diligence for investor etc. which will help- 1. Borrowers to close the loan early and start new journey 2. Investors to get litigation free assets with borrower consent, 3. Financial institution to resolve their long pending NPA assets of which value was getting impaired; capital got blocked in NPA hampering credit growth. 4. Indian economy to come out of problem of rising NPA Founder of Acuerdo India Pvt Ltd are having rich experience of working in Bank like Axis Bank, housing finance companies like HDFC Ltd and NBFCs like GEMoney.Experience including lending in all domains including Home Loans, personal loan, Loan against property, MSME Loans, Mid Corporate & Large Corporate loans and foreign currency funding. In their jobs with various financial institutions they ave done lending in various sectors including NBFC,MFI, Real Estate, Education, Manufacturing, Trading, Sevices, Hospitality, Hospitals etc. Founder Amit Agarwal in his last role was working as Head of Stressed Assets Resolution in Religare Finvest Ltd where he identified the problem and got an idea of start up to resolve the same through the required unique way. Amit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and intermediate Company Secretary.
