Kidovators is working towards building future human capital through program & challenges on 21st Century Skills for K-12 student. 65% of children entering school today will do work that do not even exist today as reported by the World Economic Forum. The WEF also reported that Complex Problem Solving, Creativity, Critical Thinking to be Top 3 skills needed to thrive in the future. 60% Top Global CEOs have said that Creativity is the single most important skill for future success as reported by IBM Study of 1500 Global CEOs. Automation & artificial intelligence will eventually take over a large number of rule-based work that include IT Engineers, Bank Officers among others. Hence, the work that our kids will primarily need to thrive in as they grow up and join the human capital will demand them to be at their Creative & Adaptive best. With over 26% of the world’s population comprising of young people below 15 years of age and with the current education not truly focused on skilling our school students for this future, we need to immediately start introducing the right 21st century skills programs for school students in order to help them survive and thrive in the 4th industrial revolution being caused by massive advent of automation & AI. This is where Kidovators is working in and it is our belief that over the next 5 – 8 years, we can include a million (ten lakh) K-10 students in our programs to help them thrive in the Future of Work. We have started India’s first Creativity Program and Olympiad for students of classes 4 - 9 in April 2017 in partnership with Erehwon – a leading Innovation consultancy. We have also built an online platform dedicated to 21st Century skills programs for K-12 students and on track to have over 20,000 school students registered on this platform. We have two other 21st century skills programs in the pipeline and are also on track to launch our first Spotlight Challenge in January, 2018.
