The Adivasii is a bootstrapped, ideation-stage AI and Digital Innovation startup founded to empower tribal and indigenous communities through technology-driven solutions. The startup focuses on developing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and digital tools for the preservation, promotion, and modernization of tribal languages, cultures, and knowledge systems. The vision of The Adivasii is to bridge the digital divide by creating inclusive technologies that enable education, communication, skill development, governance access, and economic opportunities for tribal populations.The startup aims to develop AI-powered solutions such as speech recognition systems, machine translation tools, voice assistants, digital learning platforms, and knowledge repositories for low-resource tribal languages, beginning with Ho language and gradually expanding to other indigenous languages of India. By combining modern AI technologies with indigenous knowledge, The Adivasii seeks to create sustainable digital ecosystems that support language preservation, cultural documentation, entrepreneurship, and community development.At its current ideation stage, the startup is focused on research, product conceptualization, community engagement, and strategic partnerships to build scalable solutions that address real-world challenges faced by tribal communities.
