Adroit FCS Private Limited (ADROIT), a facility Management and employment service startup company based out of Coimbator city. It is at bootstrap stage now and founded by Mr. Balram Menon with his co founder. Startup offering Comprehensive and Integrated Facilities Management Services and caters to a cross section of customer base. Based on the rapid development of the service industry, ADROIT has created premium quality and unique services for the Private and Public Sectors by adopting and transferring the best practices of the service industry. Integrated services include a) skilled manpower in maintenance and security services; b) housekeeping; c) labour camp management ADROIT identifies and recruits personnel throughout India and provides rigorous skilling and grooming before getting placed in the client’s site. Security, maintenance and housekeeping services provided by Adroit are intelligent, innovative and flexible that are maintained through real-time records for a service that guarantees trust. Well thought out and comprehensive training programs are conducted for all the hired personnel to develop the necessary skill-sets required to perform duties such as security services, housekeeping services and maintenance services including plumbers, electricians, computer network and IT services, power generators, air-conditioners etc. The second wing of ADROIT is focussed offer training and providing necessary skill-sets including communications skills, computer and IT skills, soft skills and domain skills to personnel who are looking for employment opportunities. Such trained workforce then become directly employable in various positions in the field of education, manufacturing and other service sectors.
