EVER – Electric Vehicle Engineering & Research is a startup focused on providing specialized training and education in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology. We offer structured learning programs covering EV systems, battery technology, vehicle architecture, safety protocols, and the growing importance of electric mobility in the modern era. Our target audience includes graduates seeking future-oriented career opportunities, automobile technicians transitioning from conventional vehicles to EVs, and professionals from government departments such as fire and safety, police, and other agencies requiring awareness on EV safety and risk management. The startup addresses critical challenges such as lack of skilled manpower in the EV sector, limited awareness of EV safety standards, and the need for technical upskilling as the world shifts from fossil fuel-based transportation to sustainable alternatives. By enabling knowledge transfer and skill development, we contribute to reducing dependency on petrol and diesel, lowering air pollution, and creating new employment opportunities. Our approach is unique as we combine practical training, real-world EV exposure, and safety-oriented education tailored for both technical and non-technical participants. We focus on building a scalable ecosystem that supports India’s transition towards clean energy and electric mobility, aligning with global sustainability goals and future transportation needs.
