Advanced Weld Engineers is headed by Mr. Hirdesh Kalra, An aspiring individual successfully accomplished Mechanical Engineering from YMCA Institute of Engineering. Hirdesh Kalra is Professional with 28 years of experience handled various industries and projects specially in Stainless Steel and Welding services. Possess strong knowledge & understanding of subjects like Stainless Steel of all kinds specifically special grades of High strength, High temperature and High corrosion resistant properties and is trained on products & Processes in World’s renowned Institutes of USA & Europe. Our business is also associated with the manufacturing of Welded Stainless Steel Tubular Products in Ambala with the production capacity of 7 ,000 MT per annum offering one of the widest ranges of all products like Pipes & Tubes. We provide the total Piping Solutions for various projects, as it has a very wide range of manufacturing capabilities and hence, is an ideal choice for major EPC Contractors across the globe, who are handling Core sector industries. We meet the special requirements in standard and special grades of Oil and gas companies, Indian Railways, Metro Rail, Paper Industries, Architectural and building segment etc. We are committed to the most stringent norms of quality from the start of our operations. Keeping in mind the global trends, all our manufacturing facilities are well equipped with latest generation production machines and equipments so as to provide precision components to the customers. We perform the job as per the QMS System like ISO 3834-2 and ISO 15085 We prepare the Welding procedure specification (WPS) for the customer as per the job requirement, Procedure Qualification Record / Test ( PQR/PQT ) done with the customer and take record and teach them accordingly and welder's qualification Test ( WQT ) done with the customer according to ASME Section IX, ASTM D1.1 or EN 9606-1 or EN 9606-2 accordingly as per the requirement of the specifications. We have strived hard to provide complete satisfaction to our valuable customers by timely delivery of quality goods at reasonable price. We procure raw material directly from the manufacturer ensuring its quality. Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Engineering Practice (SEP).
