We at Aftercare as a startup, recognize the problems in the laundry & dry-cleaning industry in India and are committed to solving them at all the three levels: retail (merchant), customer, and warehouse. At a customer level, we offer technology to have direct contact between merchant and customer. At retail or merchant level, We offer an application that allows merchants to provide uniform pricing standards and offer a clean image online through mass reach via marketing campaigns, online presence, and social media. These tactics help create brand awareness and growing trust with customers. We also offer a rider app with two verticals (Self Delivery & Drive) that helps merchants with their logistics needs. Our technology platform provides merchants with a dashboard to track orders, analytics, and dispatch riders. Custom pricing tools help them create uniformity in their pricing. With the last level i.e. Warehouse, we will be taking our steps towards the environment friendly processes in the Indian laundry & dry-cleaning industry with an implementation of water saving machines, and the recycling of clothes. In the continuation for the future business model, we will work with our merchants to implement more robust systems and cleaning methods that are more efficient, saving both money and the environment. It's an aggregator model with customer, merchant, and rider on one platform. Additionally, this startup solves the issues of logistics, ease of convenience to the customer, offering great online reach to the vendors to take their business online.
