Agile & Intelligent is a start-up, which is an India Focus service provider. It provides Consulting services, Compliance Management Services and Talent Service platform. It has plans for B to B SaaS and mobile APP based solutions with Indian market in focus. There are going to be phased launches of such services. It will help any company through its consultancy services in its Start to Growth Journey with India as focus. Encouraging small to medium international companies to India through such services will provide solutions to strengthen ‘Make in India’ in strategic areas of materials and energy. Local laws and compliances have been found critical block for starting and growing in India and in international market. Many Indian and international companies are reluctant to start and grow business in India and abroad. Service will be provided free information (domestic/international languages) to all prospective companies from India and abroad. Paid Services will be provided through web-connected associates/vendors in areas of creation, compliances, assurance certifications, registrations in multiple areas, IPR rights management, talent, JV partners or transactional partners for growth of such companies. Students Innovators will be provided such services free of cost. Services in citizen specific services like Talent areas will be introduced to connect freelancers/part-time/flexible agile talent to service seekers in these manners. In growth phase, it will help in growth of economy through materials including metals by technology driven Market place for buyers and suppliers of value chain that will enhance competitiveness of companies. The solution to the problem by A & I will not only strengthen ‘Make –in- India’ in strategic sectors but will establish the country amongst few select countries to possess technology enabled service provider. A & I is incorporated as an original entity and LLP on 17th November’21 with focus on undertaking/establishing innovative technology based processes/products. A & I has designed its business model that is repeatable and scalable with high potential for growth. A & I products have been created mainly through open sources codes. The uniqueness of our solution is also driven by our Total Trust. Transparency and Integrity. It is aiming to replace fragmented approach of service providers in physical mode or simple website/APP based medium
