Hello, my name is Jagdish Panishta. For the past fifteen years, I have worked as a technician for agriculture equipment. During these years, I have been dedicatedly working in the area of mountain farmers upliftment. Therefore, acquired a deep understanding of the reason behind the slow growth of farmers. Thus, I want to initiate a startup that could improve the output of mountain agriculture.The key goal of this startup is to solve all technical problems of the farmers to improve their economic benefit.This startup will surely make life of the farmers in the mountains a bit comfortable. Access to the right information and strong support of the technical difficulty will ultimately improve their agriculture output. Moreover, through this initiative, we will get more information about mountain agriculture and upgrade the technology according to their requirements. Overall, with the right use of technology, we can improve the farmers and farming styles in the mountains for the betterment of all of us.However, the usage of the machine instead of labor is just getting started in the mountains. This new technology is bringing lots of challenges, for instead, farmers don’t know the actual cost of the equipment and end up paying more just to buy the machine. Moreover, maintenance of the machine and technical support is not established yet in the majority of the mountain areas. As I am working in this area for many years, I have witnessed farmers facing a lot of problems. One of the major issues arises when there is a fault in the machine. As repairing facility is not available in the rural area they have to carry the machine from the rural areas to the nearest big town. Because of this, they end up paying more just for the maintenance of machines and profit is still not improving.
