Focused international tourism attracts international attention and thereby, local interest. Locally Yours seeks to put undivided global focus on Agriculture, Arts and Crafts, Music and other ethnic, Indian cultural ways of life through international tourism, by way of promoting them as the new, colloquial, ‘cool, trendy and fashionable’, while generating substantial income and employment, benefitting local communities as stakeholders – making as many Indian villages and communities recognized globally, as possible. For instance, imagine, a certain Mr. & Mrs. Jones from California spend a week in a farming village in Rajasthan, helping farmers in their fields during the day, enjoying the evenings with their hosts under the stars over a meal, chatting in some intimate, animated language they mutually invent to communicate, creating some hidden, life-changing moments for both. For the Jones’, it’s a travel experience of a lifetime, discovering India, most intimately, vis-à-vis, the beaten touristy routine. For the local community, it’s a boost of confidence through exposure and recognition to strive towards self-betterment, while earning more, as our intensive Digital Media and allied campaigns drive the impending global interest. Of the 4-week package detailed, the rest of the three offer unbridled luxury, while show-casing the rest of India. We have already tied up with farms in Rajasthan, Sikkim, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, even as we launch. The extensive scope of such, in a vast county like India and its potential travel-aspirants globally, is unimaginably scalable. The process is planned through intensive research to better the current best practices.
