"We have come up with an innovative concept called 'Affordable Innovative Techno Services' (AITS), which is India's first STEM-based curriculum for K-12 students, aligned with the new National Education Policy (NEP). AITS-based schools offer a better, safer, smarter, and more skill-focused alternative to traditional brick-and-mortar schools, specifically for Tier 2 (T2), Tier 3 (T3), and Tier 4 (T4) parents. Traditional brick-and-mortar schools often struggle to provide quality instructors, advanced classes, and ample academic resources due to budget constraints. AITS schools address these issues, providing the following benefits to students: Students at AITS-based schools have access to a 21st-century skills-focused NEP curriculum, including subjects like IoT, Robotics, Coding, AI-ML, and Design Thinking pedagogy. Concerns about the cost of quality education are alleviated by AITS-based schools, which offer affordable fees without compromising on teaching methodology. Students benefit from well-trained faculty and management services, even in T2 and T3 cities, at affordable rates. AITS based school’s students have the flexibility to learn at their own pace from the comfort of their homes, with recorded sessions, quizzes, assignments, and the opportunity to compete with students nationwide through app and web technologies. Parents can monitor their child's daily performance through automated technology via an app, web dashboard, and WhatsApp. AITS based schools standardize the language and medium of instruction, eliminating concerns about communication in traditional schools. AITS-based schools have five core objectives: To provide a high-quality curriculum that prepares students for 21st-century job opportunities in fields such as coding, IoT, robotics, AI-ML, and design thinking. To ensure equity in learning through personalized, engaging STEM lessons delivered via a mobile/web application. To foster the overall development of students by encouraging participation in co/extra-curricular activities like coding classes, tinkering labs, social innovation projects, sports, art, and yoga. To offer mentoring and career counseling from top educators, industry experts, and alumni of prestigious Asian institutes like IIT Delhi and XLRI (Business School). To provide transfer-friendly schooling, allowing students to experience consistent and standardized education across different cities or schools, reducing the academic burden of relocation. Our approach for AITS-based schools includes: Academia: Ensuring high learning outcomes by aligning content with the National Curriculum Framework and NEP, with specially trained teachers and individualized attention supported by technology. Technology: Utilizing both hardware and software solutions to create a seamless experience with a user-friendly interface for K-12 students. The technology platform will accommodate low-bandwidth areas and prioritize data security and student privacy. Social: Recognizing that every child is unique, AITS schools allow students to structure their education to meet their specific needs. This includes coding classes, tinkering activities, social innovation projects, sports, yoga, art lessons, and access to local after-school STEM programs, coding classes, and online music and yoga classes. Curriculum: AITS-based schools will target students in Grades 1 to 12, following the NCERT curriculum. Students will build a strong foundation in core subjects such as science, math, and social studies, along with engaging in extracurricular activities like coding classes, tinkering labs, yoga, STEM, art, and more. AITS-based schools will provide high-quality study materials designed by STEM education experts, creating an exciting and fun learning experience for students."
