Our Aim is to provide a complete automated system in medical centers with end to end solution from the admin’s perspective starting from the moment the patient steps in the hospital and the time he leaves and this will also be helpful in the future visits of the patient because his past history will be preserved and retained for reference as and when required. In Hospitals, nowadays, keeping track of medicine inventory and consumption in terms of received, sold and their expiry date has always been a tedious task for the staff as there is no automated system to do this task for them. Also signing a prescription and prescribing medicines in a piece of paper results in wastage of paper and the past history of the patient is also not available for future references at critical times. Since this project helps in saving paper, so it also helps in saving Trees which in turn contributes to Sustainable development. Generally first the patient comes to the reception and the receptionist will enter the details of that patient in the interface provided by us. Then the patient goes to see the doctor and his details will be dynamically visible to the doctor. The doctor can prescribe the medicines to the patient and can also write the diagnosis comments and then the patient’s field will get disappeared from his page. So this will help the doctor to also know how many patients he is left to examine. Every Doctor in the hospital will be provided a different interface(different Accounts) to examine his patients. The Patient then goes to buy the medicines from the Staff. This Staff will be having a different interface with the help of which they can do the entry of the medicines sold to the patient. These medicines will be dynamically deducted from the total stock of that particular medicine. When received Stock, the Staff can also do the entry of the received medicine and that will get dynamically added to the available Stock. There is also an option to get the Patient Report where in all his personal details and the medicines prescribed as well as the diagnosis comments can be fetched in a pdf file. At any point the staff can fetch the Patient List, Stock List and also the Medicines that will be expired in the present month in Excel Sheet format so that the Staff will know the medicines they are required to order and then can also apply certain filters to statistically analyze the data. The Patient Report will be generated in the pdf format rather considering our initiative to save paper the auto generated report will also be mailed to the patient dynamically. Initially our customer base will include all the hospitals as well as clinics because what we witnessed is that all the medical centers irrespective of their capital investment are facing the above stated issue. So we will target them with a vision to solve this real life problem for the Health Care Industry.
