We are a deep-tech startup dedicated to transforming the future of space technologies through Artificial Intelligence, Virtualization, and Cloud Computing. Our vision is to enable Full Mission Virtualization (FMV), delivering a paradigm shift in how satellite missions are designed, operated, and automated. By leveraging cloud-based AI on-board and on-ground, we aim to achieve complete automation of satellite missions—covering everything from constellation management to ground interface systems. At present, we have drafted a preliminary architecture for AI-enabled mission management, where satellites can process data, adapt to changing environments, and optimize operations in real time. On the ground, our virtualization blueprint includes cloud-native control systems that replace traditional hardware-heavy ground segments with scalable, software-defined platforms. While we have yet to build a minimum viable product (MVP), our early focus on problem-solution fit, system blueprints, and technology stacks provides a strong foundation for innovation. Current State of the Company Stage: Pre-seed, idea-to-prototype transition. Progress: Defined FMV architecture, initial research on Kubernetes, CUDA, and real-time OS stacks. Team: Founders with AI, IoT, and DevOps expertise; hiring underway for space software and ground system specialists. Market Readiness: Satellite automation demand validated through secondary research; partnerships with potential design collaborators under exploration. Next Steps: Build a mission virtualization demo (simulated satellite + cloud ground control), secure testbeds and cloud credits, and draft provisional IP filings.
