Alchemy of Breathwork is a transformative training organization dedicated to the healing and empowerment of individuals through the conscious practice of breath. We specialize in delivering comprehensive one-month Breathwork Teacher Training courses in India, designed to equip students with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to guide others in the practice of breathwork. Our trainings combine ancient wisdom with modern science, offering an immersive journey into the power of the breath as a tool for emotional release, nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and expanded states of consciousness. The curriculum includes anatomy and physiology of breathing, conscious connected breathing techniques, trauma-informed facilitation, space-holding skills, breath science, energetic practices, and practical teaching methodology. At Alchemy of Breathwork, we are passionate about empowering the next generation of breathwork facilitators to lead with integrity, authenticity, and deep presence. Our students graduate with an internationally recognized certification and the practical skills to begin teaching immediately—whether in private sessions, group settings, retreats, or wellness spaces. In addition to our in-person training programs, we provide ongoing mentorship, community support, and professional development resources to support our alumni as they step into their calling.
