Algen AI Private Limited is a bootstrapped Indian deep-tech startup based in Bangalore, operating at the leading edge of enterprise artificial intelligence. The company systematically manages two complementary lines of activity: intensive product R&D dedicated to engineering Traccia.ai—our flagship AI agent observability and governance platform—and specialized enterprise AI implementation services. Our unique operational model utilizes service revenues to directly fund ongoing Traccia.ai R&D, allowing us to build highly sophisticated, infrastructure-level deep technology without requiring dilutive external investment. Our core platform addresses critical enterprise challenges—such as non-deterministic AI agent behavior, unpredictable execution costs, and a lack of step-by-step workflow visibility—by providing end-to-end tracing, real-time cost attribution, and policy-based guardrails. Managed closely by the founders, our expanding technical team works fluidly across both product development and active enterprise engagements. As of this application, Algen AI has successfully secured two active enterprise implementation clients, supported by a growing team comprising a dedicated contract payroll employee and three newly onboarded engineering freshers. Through this product-led SaaS framework, we aim to establish Traccia.ai as the global default control layer for autonomous enterprise systems.
