All India Techno skills’ Organization (AITO), though established in the year 2014, traces its origin to 1971 when the (ABSNS) “Akhila Bharatiya Sanketika Naipunyalu Samstha”. The organization has established itself as a body committed to Skill based Technology progress with the motto "Prosperity through Technology". It has been work related to Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. We desire to promote the “Made in India” brand. We clear that our interest in seeing India as an attractive destination for investment, technology and skill development. Our message is clear that India is open for business. With the average age of an Indian being less than that in countries like China, US and Britain, India will have an edge over other countries in supplying skilled man power to the world by that time. Making efforts to train and skill 50 crore people by 2025 as envisaged by National Skill Development Scheme. AITO works with enterprising people in the developing India to build competitive farms, Business solutions to poverty by linking people to information, Capital & Markets, Chamber of commerce and industry. Our work is rooted in the idea that hardworking people can generate income, jobs and wealth for their families and communities. We believe in the power of private enterprise to transform lives. AITO-All India Technoskills’ Organization will undertake the objects as mention/fed in clause III of the memorandum of association which are reproduced below: i. To initiate, carry out, execute, implement, aid and assist activities towards skill development in the technology sector in India ("Sector") and meeting the entire value chain's requirements of appropriately trained manpower in quantity and quality on a sustained and evolving basis. ii. To Provide Services to all type of Industries to digitalization, promote, educate, develop, provide training including software training and to provide certification at state level and central level bodies. iii. To identify the skill development needs of the Sector, review international trends in Sector skill development and identify Sector skill gaps and technology iv. To develop a skill development plan for the Sector and maintain skill inventory v To determine skills/competency standards and qualifications in consonance with the Sector norms vi. To plan and execute training of trainers vii. To promote academies of excellence viii. To establish a well structured Sector specific labour market information system (“LMIS”) to assist planning and delivery of training ix. To facilitate in standardizing the affiliation and accreditation process for the Sector x. To coordinate participation/involvement of self-replicable model based on Public-Private-Community Partnership (PPCP) with all type of industries, Social partners, employers in the private sector, training providers, Professional societies, NGOs/civil society groups and enterprises and entrepreneurs in the process of create a new paradigm in education by universalization and Integration of skill development education & Training for the Sector. xi. To setup Councils/Committees/Boards and periodic workshops/training programs of concern to Sector for skill developments. AITO acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to enterprises, companies and organisations that provide skill training. It will also develop appropriate models to enhance, support and coordinate private sector initiatives. The differentiated focus for the 22 Councils & 21 sectors under AITO’S purview and its understanding of their viability will make every sector & Councils attractive to private investment.
