We envisage to set up a central kitchen to provide freshly prepared, hot – out of the oven meals and snacks to industries, institutions and also simultaneously intend to take up the on-site catering/ canteen facility systems for corporates, guest houses etc. Our main manufacturing plant, located at Faridabad IMT industrial area which already accommodates hundreds of industrial units, shall be our potential customer base. Our venture will not only provide delectable and healthy food to their staff but also save lot of space and man-force to these industries by way of outsourcing all their catering needs. As a professional chef, I believe in serving exquisite food with impeccable servicing and state of the art modernized kitchen with latest machinery & infrastructure, novel packaging materials & innovative food handling while religiously following FSSAI, HACCP and ISO regulations and norms. Unlike the standardized, basic quality food being prepared by caterers or other bulk cooking units, we aim to prepare premium quality farm-to-table-to-consumer meals keeping in mind various dietary requirements of our clients. Our expansion plan includes developing a cloud kitchen, commercial facilities purpose-built to produce food for delivery and introducing healthy, ready to eat snacks (including vegan) to be sold at retail shops, off the counter.
