Eco-Tourism & Conservation Platform (Phygital): Combines on-site attractions (botanic garden, eco-lodges, cultural trails, adventure sports) with digital engagement (AR/QR-guided nature trails, wildlife sightings, biodiversity dashboards, online booking). 2. Sustainable Adventure Sports Tech & Safety System: Low-impact adventure offerings (zipline, kayaking, fly-boarding, water-ski) with wearable tracking, IoT safety sensors, and emergency alert systems. Phase 2: Expansion Initiatives 3. Indigenous Cultural Experience Marketplace: Showcases Rongmei cultural heritage with live storytelling, crafts, performances, e-commerce, and online workshops. 4.
