In their own words
ALPHA PHOENIX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is developing a sustainable agricultural-residue-to-resource business that converts underutilised agricultural residues into biomass pellets, briquettes and, where suitable, biochar. The startup aims to provide cleaner and cost-effective alternatives to conventional fossil fuels while creating additional value from agricultural waste. The startup addresses a key gap in the biomass industry: commonly used residues such as corn cobs, groundnut shells and sawdust already have established collection and supply chains, while abundant residues such as pigeon pea stalk, cotton stalk and sugarcane trash remain largely underutilised due to fragmented landholdings, dispersed availability, difficult collection and higher processing requirements. Our approach is to build an organised and scalable biomass supply chain by integrating farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) for residue aggregation and primary processing. Specialised machinery and processing systems will enable economical conversion of difficult-to-utilise residues into commercially viable biomass fuels and value-added biochar. Biochar will form an important part of the startup’s circular and sustainable agriculture vision, with potential applications in soil health improvement, soil conditioning, carbon sequestration and improved agricultural productivity. By promoting better soil health and more sustainable farming practices, the startup aims to contribute to improved food quality, reduced environmental pollution and healthier agricultural ecosystems for people, livestock and the environment. The startup also aims to create potential carbon-credit opportunities through fossil-fuel displacement, avoidance of agricultural-residue burning and carbon sequestration through biochar. The startup plans to establish scalable operations across Karnataka, And Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, creating circular rural economy.

The neighbourhood
We hold Mathikere as a line of text on this record, not as an index, so we cannot tell you which other companies share it. The district is the finest ring we count.
What we do not know
- no website on file
- no funding signal of any kind
We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
