Alpha Terra's "TERREM" (Our Product) is a trust infrastructure for India's property market, where 68% of buyers fear deception and 96% of secondary transactions remain unorganized. By combining pre-transaction legal verification (like Carfax for properties), eKYC user validation (like Upwork for participants), algorithmic fair pricing (like Zillow's Zestimate), and digital transaction workflows (like DocuSign), Terrem eliminates traditional broker dependency while charging fixed fees (₹2-3.5L) that save builders 60-80% versus 2-6% commissions. The platform's performance-linked revenue model, where we are earning only when verified milestones complete, fundamentally realigns incentives from lead generation to transaction success, creating a new category of "verified transaction platforms" that formalize India's property market while making homeownership and property ownership accessible and secure for families committing generational savings. Our Product Terrem isn't competing with brokers OR portals, but it's creating a new category: Transaction Trust Infrastructure (TTI). just like how Salesforce didn't compete with SAP (enterprise software) or Siebel (CRM), it created "cloud CRM" category. Airbnb didn't compete with hotels OR Craigslist, it created a "home-sharing" category. Similarly, Terrem isn't competing with brokers OR portals, it's creating "verified transaction platforms" category. We believe "Category Creation" has an Advantage: -First-mover defines success metrics (verification becomes standard) -Competitors forced to adopt standards or become obsolete -Winner-take-most dynamics in trust infrastructure
