Alphameet Innovate Private Limited is a technology startup incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka. The Company is developing OneMeet, a location-based professional and social networking application, designed to enable real-world, in-person connection between verified individuals at shared physical locations. India's urban population faces a paradox of physical density and social isolation. Despite Bangalore being home to over 1.52 crore people, professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and freelancers have no safe, structured mechanism to connect with people physically around them. Existing platforms like LinkedIn facilitate digital communication, not real-world meetings. No platform in India bridges physical proximity with meaningful in-person connection. OneMeet introduces an entirely new category — an offline-first, location-gated networking platform. Key innovations include: (a) location-gated profiles that unlock only when a user physically arrives at a venue, creating a trust architecture with no precedent in the Indian market; (b) zero personal data exchange between users — connections are built entirely within the app without sharing phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles; (c) a graduated privacy model distinguishing passive discovery, active in-venue discovery, and post-meeting connection; and (d) real-time location intelligence built in full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, hosted entirely on Indian cloud infrastructure. The Company is currently pre-launch, with formal hiring already commenced. The platform will initially be free for all users, with potential future monetisation through introduction of new paid features or conversion of existing features, alongside venue partnerships with cafes and co-working spaces, enterprise networking packages for corporates, and hyperlocal in-app promotions.
