Alt Indices is an upcoming benchmarking firm, established in India that seeks to provide benchmarking services for the AIF asset class in compliance with the SEBI circular dated 5th February 2020. There is a void in the Indian as well as global markets for private market benchmarking agencies - an opportunity that was perceived by us early on. The goal of Alt Indices is to establish itself as a global leader in benchmarking private markets and AIF assets. Since there exist very few domiciles that have a regulatory catalyst to boost the development of private market benchmarks, Alt Indices wants to lead the transformation of alternative investments across India, the UK and Europe.
