Altera Insights is to be instituted as an IT consulting company headquartered in Trivandrum. The company aims to have an integrated consulting team of Ideators, designers, and engineers who build and manage experiences that will be embraced across the globe. The company will work with customers supporting them from strategy through execution. The company plans to build products and services with augmented intelligence primarily for healthcare domain. Altera Insights shall focus on becoming a unique workplace where customers, employers, employees and business partners become successful, working in complete harmony. The company shall stand for high standards of business ethics and organizational values. Altera Insights believes that, as a company, we have an obligation to help those who are less fortunate and under privileged in our society. Digital businesses are disrupting almost all traditional industries across the globe. According to the 2017 Mckinsey report, the current pace of Digital Disruption is 10x faster than industrial revolution, 300x the scale and 3000x the impact than anything ever witnessed before. Over the years, CIOs have had to balance change vis-à-vis stability and status quo. And today is no different, except that the pace of change is far greater than what it was 10 years ago. Digital investments will continue to grow, and these initiatives must improve product and service capabilities or create new market opportunities. Agility and user experiences without compromising on resilience will play a key role in the journey.
