Tourney24 is an end-to-end SaaS platform that digitizes the sports tournament ecosystem in India. It combines two core functions — a Tournament Marketplace and a Tournament Management System — serving both players and organizers on a single platform. For players, Tourney24 is a discovery engine. Instead of relying on WhatsApp groups and word-of-mouth, participants can browse, filter, and register for tournaments by sport, location, and format. QR-based ticketing, live match tracking, real-time brackets, and leaderboards keep every participant and spectator engaged throughout the event. For organizers, Tourney24 is a complete operating system for running tournaments professionally. They can manage registrations, build brackets, schedule matches, assign roles to referees and scorekeepers, and communicate with participants — all from one dashboard. The platform's biggest differentiator is its seamless integration between fixtures and live scoring. As referees input scores, match pages, brackets, and leaderboards update instantly and simultaneously — automatically advancing winners to the next round without any manual intervention. An entire 64-team knockout tournament can be managed from first round to final through a single control interface. Payments are handled through an escrow-based settlement system, ensuring transparent fund disbursement to organizers after platform commission is deducted. The revenue model is built for accessibility — the first three tournaments are completely free, followed by a 7% commission on tournament revenue plus a small convenience fee per ticket, making it viable for independent and grassroots organizers who currently rely on spreadsheets and Google Forms. India has over 450 million active sports participants. Tourney24 is building the missing infrastructure for that ecosystem.
