Ambuja Hospitals Private Limited is a company, registered under the Companies Act 2013 with ROC Bangalore. The Chief Promoter of the company, Dr Ambuja Govindaraj is a Doctor, with an experience of about 15 years in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Assisted Conception. She has been a consultant in reputed hospitals in Bangalore and intends to set up a chain of hospitals to provide good Healthcare at reasonable cost to the people. The other Director, K S Kaushik is a young graduate of Business Management with four years experience in Hospital Management, having an intense desire to set up and run hospitals and create employment opportunities for the skilled medical and paramedical staff, in addition to providing quality Healthcare to the people. Mission statement Our mission is to provide world class Healthcare at a reasonable cost by setting up state of the art Hospitals, Maternity Homes and Childcare facilities and employing Doctors and paramedical staff with required skill sets, dedication and commitment to the profession. We would like to focus on Maternity, Child Health, Adolescent Health, Menopause Management, Well Women Clinics to begin with, in order to provide one stop facilities for all health needs of women. Eventually, we intend to add other specialities also. We intend to begin with one unit and start more at an appropriate time. We also intend to carry out research in the field of Healthcare and pharmaceuticals and manufacture drugs and medicines Our motto is to provide good Healthcare in a well equipped and adequately staffed hospitals, with pharmacy, laboratory and all other essential allied services. Employment Generation: The Hospital, once started can employ about 25-30 persons at various positions and provide indirect employment to about 10-15 persons in catering, laundry and maintenance. Replicability and scalability: The Company can start more units in other parts of the city, state and country to provide Healthcare and create employment opportunities. With good administration and management, scalability and Replicability can be achieved to grow into a chain of hospitals providing quality healthcare at reasonable price. Innovation: We intend to develop protocols and procedures to help quick services to people with focus on quality and comfort. Emphasis will be given to methods like consultancy through Video Conferencing, to avail expertise of remotely stationed experts. State of the art, energy efficient and user friendly equipment will be installed to keep abreast of the developments in the field of Healthcare. Research in the field of Assisted Conception, Vaccines, Pharmaceuticals, Adolescent Health, Menopause Management, Hospital Management etc., will be taken up to contribute to the overall knowledge base in the field of Healthcare. Human Resource Development: We plan to have training facilities for the staff in order to achieve replenishment of manpower and taking care of attrition. This would further help the personnel in getting trained here and employed elsewhere.
