Our vision is To deliver farm fresh produce to consumers through innovative solutions designed to ensure quality and traceability, while ensuring economic prosperity of producers. We are a social enterprise, formed with the aim of establishing a responsible and sustainable farm-to-fork value chain for delivering farm-fresh, natural, nutritious, chemical-free, certified, wholesome dairy, agricultural and horticultural produce to urban consumers. Since the start of operations, we are providing ‘pure, natural and wholesome’ milk ‘ethically-sourced’ from network farms of rural smallholder farmers around Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh. These farmers are nurtured and trained to adopt best practices for milk production; thus, assuring delivery of “Certified Original Wholesome Safe”, i.e. Truly COWS Milk to urban consumers, under our brand name “Amrutulya”. We envision ourselves as the leading brand in the milk and dairy products’ delivery services, not only providing ‘pure and natural’ whole milk to the urban consumers, but also ensuring sustainability at the source of supply chain at the same time. Amrut, derived from the Sanskrit word “amrit / amṛta”, literally means "immortality", and is often referred to as nectar in ancient texts. The earliest occurrence of the word is in the Rigveda, used as one of the synonyms of "soma", the drink conferring immortality upon the gods. It is related etymologically to the Greek "ambrosia", and it carries the same meaning. ‘Amrutulya’ as a brand-name, reflects the essence of purity and strength in the products it delivers, that are designed to provide wholesome nutrition to its consumers, and thus, contribute to a healthy and long life!
