Cityscope is a regional media and local marketplace platform. Driven by the idea to present unique and untold stories, we bring you a mobile application that aims to make you fully aware of all the important regional, national and global developments taking place around you and also experience the best a city has to offer and all the citizen stories, recommendations/happenings/events and resources that will amplify the quality of your life. All our content is original and not aggregated from other media companies - this helps us define the quality. Though we are starting with Rajasthan, we plan to reach many more states and retain the cultural identity of each region in our content as we go along by working with regional writers, local hosts, city insiders and content creators. - Cityscope is also working towards building a hyperlocal marketplace around creators and entrepreneurs to empower homegrown brands and offer a curated classifieds and city experiences section. The Cityscope app aims to wipe out the noise and give you context. - Our mission is to build a scalable data driven content+commerce network that can expand to other states. Our lean team of 8 (+freelance writers, contributors and stakeholders) has built a thoughtful and impact driven product with great commercial potential 🔥 - There is very little provided to the audience to actually equip them with the knowledge required to deal with daily problems. One gets to know that there is a national railway strike, but there is no information on whether the metro in my vicinity (Jaipur) is functioning or not. Cityscope aims to wipe out the noise and provide relevant context to our regional masses. We believe there is ample space for alternate content - content that informs and entertains. -We hope to encourage active involvement amongst citizens, creating a trustworthy space where they debate and discuss relevant topics, raise queries, fill in local information gaps like citywide happenings, experiences, and things unique to a city.
