As we can see NPA is one of the bigger huddle in India’s Economic development. Paving the way for a major clean-up of bad loans in the banking system, the Cabinet on Wednesday cleared a ₹30,600-crore guarantee programme for securities to be issued by the newly incorporated ‘bad bank’ for taking over and resolving non-performing assets (NPAs) amounting to ₹2 lakh crore. ​As a company we will be making a setup where: (a) ​Setup will be on pan India basis (b) We can have coordinate with these public sector banks (c) We will highlight such properties/assets (d) We will acquire such Non-Performing Assets either directly from the banks or by bidding.
