Labeld's platform is built around six core innovations: Reliability Scoring Engine — a proprietary algorithm that dynamically scores designers on on-time delivery, quality acceptance, and return rates, which in turn drives their commission tier and search ranking. Custom Order Management System — purpose-built for made-to-order workflows with digital measurement profiles, structured design briefs, and multi-milestone delivery tracking (fabric sourcing → stitching → QC → dispatch → delivery). Partial Payment & Escrow Engine — buyers pay a portion upfront and the balance on delivery, giving sellers confidence the order is committed while protecting buyers from paying full for undelivered custom items. This dual-sided protection significantly reduces cancellations. Shipment Evidence System — mandatory visual proof-of-dispatch (photo/video) attached to every order, reducing disputes, building buyer confidence, and feeding automated dispute resolution.
