Problem: Collection, Digitisation & Management of waste eco-system in Indian sub-continent. Vision: To build next generation waste management eco-system using IoT and Apps and assist Indian municipalities in their digital transformation journey. Mission: To prevent bins from overflowing, To nurture habits in Citizens for waste collection and segregation, To Understand waste generation patterns and tap on opportunity to create a new pool of local entrepreneurs specialising in waste operations pickup and segregation while furthering geo-localized recycling industry growth. Product Innovation: IoT powered bins based on latest LoRa & Firebase technologies (low power, self-sustainable solar units). All stakeholders of the system - Bin, Workers & Admin (sanitation) and Citizens will be able to communicate with each other through apps & cloud to create some smart automation around it. Service Innovation: IoT data with contextual analysis and deep integration into Municipal operations can create smart alerts, planning and insights for improvement of service delivery in Waste Management segment. Process Innovation: Smart Phone apps will cater to a lot of feudal processes from a digital angle and streamline them for both Sanitation workers and Citizens together. These processes included workers route planning and analysis, bin analysis and insights, Opportunity: Creation of new jobs, Increase in operational oversight, investment in digitisation of workforce, skill development training for work force & directional trends for future infrastructure projects based on data points from environmental, load, operational and transactional data points collated by the system.
