AAPL promotes Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Organic Farming, Post Harvest Management (PHM) Technologies (Harvesting, Fermentation, Drying) to improve quality of cocoa beans. AAPL Promote Carbon Credits, Blcokchain Traceability, Ecological and Model Farming ( Multi-layer) in cocoa farming with the objective of improving quality of cocoa beans and sustain cocoa farming in the region of Andhra Pradesh which contributes to a substantial supply 40% of the cocoa beans produced in the country to the ever growing chocolate industry. AAPL procures and selectively sources good quality Cocoa beans directly from cocoa farmers, and cocoa farms and supplies to Chocolate Factories in the country. It has developed an innovative B2B business model to support cocoa farmers with best prices to their cocoa beans. ∏ucts; AAPL provides best prices to Cocoa beans of farmers as per the quality standards and offers differential pricing based on the quality of the beans; AAPL guides farmers on producing good quality cocoa beans through proper fermentation and drying methods.
