We can eliminate queues and trolleys with the help of various infrastructural changes at modern retails. For queues we could have a self checkout option on our mobile devices and for trolley friction we could dispense the goods from backend. All this can happen with the help of algorithm with few layout changes- 1) Firstly we can change the showroom to sample showroom so that it might have only samples to display with bar codes on them. A customer just scan the product bar code whose information goes to backend in the form of matrix inventory module. 2) Payment can be done with the help of app so that there could be no queues inside retails.
