Employers can post their jobs on the platform, which in turn is advertised among the global pool of recruiters to source talent. For Employers, we assist in faster hiring at reduced cost, by providing leaner, qualified talent pipe line, AI backed candidate screening, integrated interview scheduling and predictive analytics. We in turn incentivize the independent recruiters as equal partners by setting aside 50% of our fee earning to be shared with the recruiter community.
