For the kids from the age of 2.5 years to 14 years that must receive quality education & develop the foundations for future-ready 21st-century skill, ADHYANSH is building a platform and ecosystem for the kids where parents, teachers and school leaders must actively participate in a child’s development. ADHYANSH is the business owned by ANUSATYA LEARNING AND TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. CURRENT PROBLEM ---Current education system follows traditional pattern memory-based learning with no focus on the skills needed for the 21st century which focuses on adaptive skills. ---Learning pedagogy is not very involved and activity-based. And it is rarely focussed on real-world relevance ---Parents are very less involved and have no industry exposure. OUR SOLUTION We are trying to build a platform and ecosystem for engaging and involved learning for kids. Our delivery method focuses on imparting 21st-century skill sets by involving parents and teachers. We are working on building technology platforms, improving delivery methods and creating digital interactive content to support our business model of offering better education to the kids in their foundation years. Our learning experiences are based on active learning pedagogy where children spend most of their time imagining, creating, discussing, debating, and collaborating with their peers to do activities and build projects. By building an eco-system of peer to peer learning, our aim is to build a one-stop platform for beyond-curriculum learning. OUR BUSINESS MODEL Model-1: Alternate schooling or Homeschooling delivered online We are offering online alternative schooling or homeschooling for kids from nursery to grade-8 looking for quality international learning covering all subjects. By involving parents and teachers in the overall development of the child, we are offering kids to learn 21st-century skills through the international curriculum, better learning pedagogy, soft skill development, technology training and industry exposure. Our activity-based collaborative and engaged learning focuses on developing skills for the future. Model-2: Online collaborative role-based activities to supplement school learner This is for any school going kids from Grade-1 to Grade-8 willing to engage themselves in after school activities to develop Creativity, Communication, Critical Thinking and Communication skills. We are focussing on real-life role-based activities to empower children to explore different domains at an early age and develop future-ready skills. Kids will spend time working on activities in a remote environment but in a collaborative way. They will learn through debating, discussing, challenging each other and making final presentations.
