AERL (Applied Electronics and Robotics Laboratory LLP) is building AeroLyte, a wearable safety device for teenagers and women, combining custom hardware, sensors, and connectivity engineered entirely in-house across multiple product versions for different age groups. Alongside this, AERL operates VoltiQ, a live AI platform already in production with structured, tiered pricing for real users. The team's broader focus spans embedded systems, AI, and original engineering across both hardware and software, reflecting a consistent approach of building independently rather than relying on off-the-shelf components or outsourced development. What sets AERL apart is the depth of independent engineering behind both product lines. AeroLyte's hardware, from its custom PCB design to its firmware and connectivity stack, is built without relying on third-party modules or outsourced development, a level of technical ownership that is rare for a team at this stage.
