Applied Genomics Pvt. Ltd is an Indian Biotech services company with expertise in the application of genomics to address various biological problems. As a Biotechnology startup we wish to work with Life Science industries to develop solutions for improving their production capabilities through application of genomics. We possess the expertise to understand the needs of Seed Industries, Food industries, Veterinary and animal Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics We partner with them to develop innovative products and technologies by application of genomics. We possess facilities and expertise for the application of Next Gen Sequencing technologies, Real Time PCR, High Throughput Genotyping, Genome Editing and Bio-informatics for our R&D needs. Even though we incorporated our company only two months back our experts had gained two projects with industries one of which is in an Indian Seed company in which we are in the process of establishing a high throughput magnetic bead based DNA extraction facility for crop plants and in the second we had initiated a genotyping project with a diagnostics firm for human food allergy genetic variant screening.
