About Start-up Entitled “AQUAEASY” ‘AQUAEASY’ is a Start-up that will provide RO purified cold and hot water for 24 hours to all the Train and the Bus passengers on their respective seats into their own brought thermos or water bottles at the most economical rate (i.e. Rs. 3 per litre). The modes for providing water to all passengers are Online as well as Offline by water salesmen. We have noticed that in India, 23 million passengers travel by trains and around 80% of them use plastic bottles for drinking water. So total plastic bottles discarded as waste, and official statistics say that the country generates 860 tons of plastic bottles waste daily. The main goal of this start up is the reduction of plastic usage within 40% to 70% per day by serving water into passenger’s brought thermos water bottles which will promote green environment as well as the dream of our Honourable Prime Minister (DIGITAL INDIA AND SWACHCHH BHARAT CAMPAIGN). A person who is travelling in a long trip by Train or Bus with his/her family, it is difficult to purchase enough amount of cold water bottles for quenching the whole family's thirst (Rs. 20 per bottle) so by considering the financial condition of the people, we have come up with this project to serve all low income families, especially the lower strata of the society. This Start-up fulfills all the needs of the PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP) program. It will also generate employment, approximately 10,000 jobs with salary range INR 17,000 to INR 100,000 per month. In the long run, this project will show us the road map towards SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT i.e. integration of Engineering, Economics, Environment and Service to Society and Nation, our country India.
