Our harvesting machine is designed in a way that it can be used in every coffee plantations. The whole plant is subjected to harvesting procedure. The machine creates harmonic and asynchronous vibrations on the plant which will cause the coffee beans to detach from the branches. The detached beans will be collected in collecting structures. The motor on rotation creates strong vibration due to the offset load on end of the shaft. This offset load can be tilted to different angles to adjust the amplitude. And by adjusting the rotation per minute we could easily control the frequency accordingly. The energy for working the motor can be attained either by directly connecting to home electricity or by using a generator. Even a battery pack can be used as power source. For controlling the frequency we have intelligent control systems which are programmable. We use a pattern of frequency in which the frequency rises to a point and deplete suddenly and then rises to a frequency which is closer to resonating frequency and then decrease gradually. This pattern of vibration is repeated until most of the coffee berries are detached. The machine is connected to the plant by strong clamping belt with variable rubber padding, to eliminate all the possibilities for having plant tissue damage. Only 24 hour is only required for harvesting 1 acre of coffee plantation.
