ARCHIMEDES ENTERPRISES PVT. LTD., Developer of Healthcare facilities on turnkey basis in India in association with Comboral Ltd., Finland, providing healthcare infrastructure and financing solutions, with 100% project funding, enabling quality healthcare access in India. AEPL will be undertaking the proposed hospital project on turnkey basis as a Developer of Infrastructure which includes following activities: 1. Medical Planning 2. Design 3. Execution including construction, medical equipping, commissioning and training 4. Funding 5. Equity 6. Management of hospital AEPL proposes to provide the total required funding for development of the hospital including the land cost. The finance/loan will be disbursed through a company based in UK through a combination of Private Lenders & Sustainability and ESG Investors via FDI (Foreign Direct Investment), specializing in funding healthcare, humanitarian and infrastructure projects. The repayment of the debt including accrued interest shall be paid back to the lender in form of lease rental. Repayments will be made in 24 / 30 equal instalments. The first repayment will become due 6 months after the completion of the development of the project.
